358.第一，第二
瑾瑜：旭靖，你好！你有好几天，没来上课了。现在身体状况，是否有了好转？
旭靖：谢谢老师关心，已经基本好转。下周就可返校，继续跟班学习。
瑾瑜：好了就好，健康重要。世间有许多第一，值得人深入反思。赛场上，友谊第一，比赛第二。职场上，健康第一，工作第二。校园里，也如此，健康第一，学习第二。下班后，家事第一，社会第二。
旭靖：其他第一，我能理解。健康乃是一切的基石，没了健康一切等于零。就像我这几天闹病，正常学习无法坚持。
瑾瑜：所以说嘛，健康守则，几点提示，务必记牢。饮食均衡，坚持运动，愉悦心情，冬天保暖，夏日防暑，依据天气，加减衣物，减少辐射，按时就寝。做到这些，即会康宁。
